A professional organisation whose focus on customer care is paramount. Their technical advice and guidance is given to ensure that it’s their customer who can evidence the savings not only in financial terms, but savings in the consumption of energy and fuel (electricity to power previously installed bottled water coolers and transportation costs to transfer bottles of water to sites). A close working relationship has been established between East Ayrshire Council and Cameron Water Ltd. This has led to a very successful, smooth running Contract.

Within Glasgow City Council, Social Work Services, as part of review of goods and services utilised within the department, it was agreed, where possible, to replace the use of standalone coolers to a plumb cooler system.
During our initial discussions with Cameron Water Coolers, their team guided us through a number options and considerations that would assist in the seamless transition from one service provider to another.
Site surveys were carried out at 110 locations across the city, copies of site drawings were faxed through, and enabling informed decisions to be made and quickly resolve any concerns on suggested areas where coolers would be positioned. Due to the nature of the department’s client base Cameron Water Coolers took into consideration where coolers should be position within each unit i.e. cooler would be sited in the same place as the stand alone. This proved to be invaluable ensuring minimal disruption to the day-to-day operation.
Daily communication was agreed during the installation process, with regular updates once installation had been complete.
On the rare occasion where short notice was given by our department to delay or install a cooler, Cameron Water Coolers endeavoured at all times to service our requirements.
